• Mission: Improve the income for economic activities in the rural of Tali using interest-free loans. 
• Vision: Invest in rural citizens to improve their standard of living.
• Objectives:
• Provide interest-free loan for agricultural and economic activities
• Provide learning experiences in microloan stewardship.
• Provide structures that support farmer peer relationships, mutual collaborations, discussions and exchange ideas.

• Youth Agriculture Program
• Mission: Promote youth development through engagement in agriculture.
• Vision: Empower youth to reach their potential.

• Provide learning experiences in sustainable agriculture.

• Mission:Train farmers in the Tali area to develop and manage small farms using ecological, economic, and social regenerative methods.
• Vision: Empower rural farmers with educational tools and resources to strengthen their agricultural productivity and output.

• Rural Radio Program
• Mission: Inform, educate, entertain, and connect the people of the Tali area through information, news, and music programming. 
• Vision: Empower and connect rural citizens to improve their quality of life. 
• Objectives: 
• Educate villagers about critical issues such as health, education, agriculture, and sustainable development.
• Announce important events and activities in village life.
• Entertain rural residents with music produced by local and other artists.
• Interview personalities and experts visiting the rural community.

• Women's Empowerment Program
• Mission: Empower women to develop their potential through knowledge and skill acquisition for productive engagement in the Tali rural area.
• Vision: Build a community which promotes and supports the success of its women.
• Objectives
• Provide learning experiences in sustainable nutrition,  health. and trades.
• Provide structures that are simple structures that support farmer peer relationships, mutual collaborations, discussions and exchange ideas.

• Mission: Engage individuals and the community to promote social cohesion in the Tali area through peace-building learning experiences and practices. 
• Vision: Build a community in which every person lives in peace and respectful relationships can flourish.
• Objectives:
• Provide learning experiences in safe and healthy relationships - prevention, education and training.
• Understand the nature and conditions that support peace.
• Create simple and sustainable community structures that support peace.
